Welcome
- We are located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan across M 64 from Lake Gogebic. This is a nice location for getting out and exploring the sights and the history of the UP. Easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails, parks and boat landings. The unit is 7 miles North of US 2 on M 64.
About Us
This is a large duplex with 2200 square feet of space. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which have queen beds and two of which have twin beds. 2 and 1/2 baths, a separate dining area and a living room with a queen size sleeper couch. The kitchen is complete and well stocked with cooking utensils. We have central air. Note, due to allergies of some guests we are pet free.
Rates
The rental rate is $250.00 per night up to 6 people. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person per night over 6 to a maximum of 10 people There is a cleaning fee of $100.00
Amenities
We are across the road from the lake, nestled in the woods for peace and quiet. There is a large deck overlooking the yard and the woods. There is a hot tub for your enjoyment after a day of riding or sight seeing. There also is a fire pit with an adequate supply of wood for your enjoyment. There is easy access to the snowmobile and ATV trails and plug ins for your vehicle. Very adequate room for trucks and toy haulers to park and turn around. The laundry room has an automatic washer and dryer for your convenience.
